Cookie policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains how Ivy Row uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them. It should be read with our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies do the same job in other ways: pixels (tiny pieces of code that tell a platform you've visited a page), browser storage (information a website saves in your browser) and server-side connections such as the TikTok Events API. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
Your choices
- When you first visit, our cookie banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject all or choose by category.
- We only use strictly necessary cookies until you've made a choice. Rejecting non-essential cookies doesn't stop you shopping with us.
- You can change your mind at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the shop, such as your bag and checkout, won't work.
The types of cookies we use
| Category | What they do | Do we ask first? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep items in your bag, run checkout and sign-in, keep the site secure, help prevent fraud and remember your cookie choices. | No. The law allows these because the shop can't work without them. |
| Preferences | Remember choices that change how the site works for you, such as the products you've recently viewed. | Yes |
| Analytics | Tell us how many people visit, which pages they use and where they came from, so we can improve the shop. | Yes |
| Marketing | Measure our adverts and show you relevant ads on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Google and YouTube. | Yes |
